Robert L. Sacks is a member of the Firm and practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and in all phases of labor and employment on behalf of management, ERISA, principally as applied to multiple and multi-employer plans, trade association law and antitrust.

Mr. Sacks has authored “Rules Creating a Collective Contract Between an Employer and a Union,” for the American Bar Association Section of Labor Relations Law, Committee on Labor Relations and the Law of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
