Soumya Cheedi is, a corporate and securities associate of the Firm, practices in the SPAC Group. She also represents public and private company and sponsor clients on securities and capital markets transactions, including equity offerings, tender and exchange offers, acquisition financing and liability management transactions. Ms. Cheedi also advises clients on SEC disclosure and compliance, governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was an associate in the capital markets practice of a leading Indian law firm and a boutique securities firm in New York.
Ms. Cheedi earned her LL.M. from NYU Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in India. She is a native speaker of Telugu and Hindi.
