Victor R. Ujkic, an associate of the Firm, has experience representing and advising employees regarding employment law and personal injury claims and suits. Mr. Ujkic has represented employees in all aspects of employment litigation matters ranging from wage and hour actions to discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and retaliation claims. Mr. Ujkic has represented and assisted employees at all stages of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and representing employees at trial. Mr. Ujkic now brings his extensive knowledge on employment related matters to advising and counseling employers and employees alike.
Mr. Ujkic received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University. During his time in law school, Mr. Ujkic earned his certificate in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine’s esteemed Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution. After graduating, Mr. Ujkic has devoted the significant majority of his professional practice to employment law.
Mr. Ujkic was born and raised in Southern California, and enjoys visiting the beach and traveling. Mr. Ujkic also enjoys playing basketball in his spare time. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys supporting teams from both Southern California and other parts of the United States, including the Lakers, Steelers, Angels, and Kings.
