Zachary Fisher is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group, where he represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters. His litigation experience includes wage and hour disputes, as well as claims involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
Mr. Fisher also counsels employers on a variety of day-to-day workplace matters, including employee discipline and termination, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He assists clients with drafting and updating employment agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks, with a focus on minimizing risk and maintaining compliance with evolving legal requirements.
Mr. Fisher is pending admission to practice in New York. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from The Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
