The United States District Court for the Northern District of California recently granted the motion to dismiss a putative securities class action filed against our client Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. in the wake of a blog post by an anonymous short seller. The court held that plaintiffs had not pled a corrective disclosure and therefore failed to plead loss causation. Adrienne Ward and Michael Sullivan, members of the Firm, served as lead counsel.
