Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. consummated and closed the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of The Revolution Group, Ltd., pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement dated March 21, 2013, entered into by and among the Staffing 360 Solutions, TRG and the shareholders of TRG, for an aggregate purchase price of $1,665,849, consisting of cash and stock. EG&S acted as counsel to Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc.
