When licensing is appropriate, we handle all types of licenses. Further, the group assists in evaluating intellectual property in the context of complex transactions. Our practitioners cover the gamut of intellectual property rights, including: domestic and international patents; copyrights; trade secrets, trademarks and trade dress; and rights of publicity and privacy (including NIL rights); as well as all aspects of e-commerce and artificial intelligence.
