Amelia Lembeck is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice encompasses litigation, transactional matters, and advising companies and individuals on the development, protection, and management of their intellectual property assets. She provides counsel to clients on strategies for safeguarding copyrights, trademarks, and patents, and works closely with multidisciplinary teams across the Firm to support the commercialization and enforcement of clients’ intellectual property.

Ms. Lembeck draws upon her vast professional experience in arts, entertainment, media, and hospitality to provide efficient and mindful counsel for creatives, innovators, and brands across a wide range of industries.

The Firm’s Intellectual Property Group also assists clients with intellectual property matters that arise in corporate and transactional contexts, including due diligence and portfolio evaluation in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. As part of the Group, Ms. Lembeck helps ensure that intellectual property considerations are aligned with broader business and growth objectives.

Ms. Lembeck earned her J.D. from Fordham Law School, from which she graduated cum laude and completed a concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Privacy Law. She was a member of the Environmental Law Review and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team. She earned her B.A. from Barnard College.

Ms. Lembeck is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
