    Smaaash Entertainment Inc. (f/k/a I-AM Capital Acquisition Company) announced the closing of its SPACquisition with Smaaash Entertainment Private Limited.  EG&S acted as counsel to I-AM Capital and will act as counsel for Smaaash on a going forward basis.

    Amanda M. Fugazy, a member of the Firm, was invited by the Federal Court to provide training to mediators for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law in the hospitality industry.   The training took place on November 15, 2018, with approximately 70 Federal Mediators in attendance.
