Amanda M. Fugazy, Esq. and David R. Amanda M. Fugazy, a member of the Firm, will be speaking at a New York City Bar Webcast titled: Restaurant Law in New York City: 2022 Edition. This program will focus on the corporate, real estate, liquor license, and labor/employment issues involved in opening and operating a restaurant in New York City, and will touch on legal challenges facing restaurants during the pandemic. In addition, it will focus on Special pandemic issues including rules for indoor and outdoor dining and delivery of alcohol, renegotiating leases, bankruptcy and reorganization options, quarantine and leave issues, vaccines, and pandemic insurance claims.

Client Alert: NYC Salary Information Disclosure Law Postponed
Per our previous Client Alert, New York City was set to require most employers advertising for jobs that will be performed in New York City to include certain salary or wage information in the job listing as of May 15, 2022 (“Salary Information Law”). However, the Salary Information Law has now been amended, and employers need not include salary/wage information in job listings until November 1, 2022.
